Glenn Grette and Matthew Boyle established Grette Associates in 2002 to meet the needs of the Puget Sound region's public ports and water-dependent private industry.

Our approach is to bring technical, policy, and strategic expertise to environmental reviews, regulatory and permitting requirements. Our technical expertise, managerial skills, and strong client advocacy allows us to meet the needs of our clients while maintaining our strong relationships with public policy makers, businesses, regulators, and tribal governments.
