Ryan Walker

Senior Biologist

Ryan is a Senior Biologist in the Wenatchee office and is one of the primary biologists for projects in Eastern Washington. He has experience in shoreline permitting, critical area studies, forestry, wetland biology, riparian restoration, and code administration. His background includes natural resource management, land-use planning, ESA compliance, storm water management planning and Shoreline Management Act permitting. Ryan manages a team of employees whose work includes designing projects to meet the requirements of the Clean Water Act (Section 404 and 401), Rivers and Harbors Act, construction stormwater regulations, Washington State Hydraulic Code Rules and local jurisdiction Shoreline Master Programs. His work also includes bid administration, contracting and construction management of restoration and salmon recovery projects. He has worked with federal, state, and local agencies in north-central Washington on environmental permitting issues for over 21 years.
